Wednesday:
i got up at 845 and reached ward at 915. After the round and tea i went to emergency at 12. At 2, i went to fax my ID card to japan embassy.I passed a chest tube. In the evening i started an irreducible hernia (it was the 1st one that i started alone, it was a big one. After opening the sac, i found out that it contained gangrenous omentum and its upper limit was not reachable. Then Dr Sumaira joined. We did laparotomy and removed the necrotic omentum from above. I left emergency at 830. After dinner and nmaz, i went to bed and slept early
