25th March, Sunday:
it was special Sunday! i got up at 9 and went to emergency at 10. I supervised an appendectomy to zulfiqar and made an above elbow stump with dr saira. I came back at 1 at night and went to bed soon.
26th march, Monday:
I woke up at 845 and reached ward at 945. After the round and tea, i went to aziz fatima with dr atif. Then i went to TUF at 130. After the lecture (cartilage finished), i came back at 3 and immediately went out to bring cement. After lunch i got online. After maghrib, i created key for the midterm result. After esha, i had dinner and then i prepared the lecture before going to sleep.

19th to 22nd March
19th March, Monday:
I got up at 830 and reached ward at 915. I joined lodhi sab in his office. i worked there till 3. After coming back i had lunch and nmaz. its been raining today, so spent most of time at home.
20th March, Tuesday:
I got up at 730 and reached OT at 810. I supervised a hernia to behzad and did I&D of a cold abscess in the neck. After OT, i went to lodhi sab and packed the cards there, I had my lunch there in the office at 430. I was back at 5. After maghrib i went out, settled the bill with siddique building material, ordered bricks and then went to haji abad and bought moldings etc. I was back at 930. After having dinner i marked few papers of class test before going to bed.
21st March, Wednesday:
I woke up at 815 and went to ward at 9. After the round and tea, i reached emergency at 12. There really nothing to be done today. I was free at 8.
22nd March, Thursday:
I got up at 725 and reached the workshop place at 815.I was there at the reception. After tea at 12 i went to office with lodhi sab and worked there on pc. At 2 we went back again for dinner. After nmaz we went back to office again. We had oranges and tea while working there. I came back at 530. After asr, i went to bazar with sufi to buy some hardware accessories. We came back at 8. After dinner i went to ward at 9 and did some preop work. I was back at 12. I connected to internet some some time before going to bed.

It was holiday, but i had to go for workshop. So i got up at 8 and reached there at 915. I attended the demonstrations of stapled hamorrhidectomy, lap chole and lap appendectomy. I had lunch and said juma prayer in between. I was back home at 430. T 7 i went with dr atif to serena for inauguration of conference. I had dinner there, We were back at 10. i watched some cricket before going to bed.
24th March, Saturday:
i got up at 815 and went to serena at 9. We had tea break at 1230, then lunch and nmaz at 3 and it finished at 6. I went to emergency at 8, supervised an appencdectomy to atif jadawi and came back at 1.

I brought naan yogurt and halwa puri. After breakfast i went to drop sufi to airport (he went to karachi). I had rest 1030 to 230. After lunch i went to bazar at 4. I bought hardware for cupboard, then surveyed the market for bathroom fittings. After maghrib, i bought skim for mobile and got the pants altered. I reached to saleem at 8 and stayed with him till 1030. Then i pressed some dresses and stayed online for sometime watching cricket at the same time. Today bob woolmer died.

Today naeem sab brought dinner!Pakistan lost to ireland and got kicked out of worldcup!

After esha, i went to ward at 930 and did the preop work. From there, i came back at 1230 and connected to internet for some time before going to bed.

Wednesday:
i got up at 845 and reached ward at 915. After the round and tea i went to emergency at 12. At 2, i went to fax my ID card to japan embassy.I passed a chest tube. In the evening i started an irreducible hernia (it was the 1st one that i started alone, it was a big one. After opening the sac, i found out that it contained gangrenous omentum and its upper limit was not reachable. Then Dr Sumaira joined. We did laparotomy and removed the necrotic omentum from above. I left emergency at 830. After dinner and nmaz, i went to bed and slept early

After dinner and nmaz i went to see saleem . I was back at 1030. At about 1130 saleem came to pick up the bag. After that, i watched cricket.

Monday:
i woke up at 810 when mistary came, I reached ward at 9. After round and tea, i was free at 12. After coming back home at 1230, i went to TUF at 110. There i came to know that class was off due to midterm exam. I gave the question paper to jawad sab and came back, After lunch, i went to order cement and sand. Then i went out with ami to susan road. We bought tiles for sufi, then bought the border, accessory set and flush tanks. On the way back, we stopped at rabi center. While coming back quite heavy rain started. We reached back home at 8. After the dinner and nmaz, i removed few fittings from sufi's bathroom. Then i worked online for few min before going to bed.

On the way back i brought naan chanay and yogurt. After breakfast, mistary came and started the work I had rest 10-230. After lunch and nmaz, me ammi n sufi went out. First of all we went to railway road to check the tiles and bathroom sets. After maghrib, we went to susan road, and bought tiles from there. Then we bought chicken pratha rolls. From Servis D ground, we all bought shoes and came back at 1030. After dinner and nmaz, i prepared the lidterm paper, pressed the dresses and got online for a little while before going to bed.

Sac was paper thin, i couldn't dissect it free, so i called dr sumaira, she also failed. We found out that he had partially descended testis, so we called dr sultan he did orchidopexy) After it, i had tea and came back home. On the way back rain started! After juma and lunch, i had rest 3-4. Then i spent some time online. After maghrib i went with ami to get stuffs from ideal sweets. Then i prepared some sandwiches. Then i marked the class test. At 915, sh abdul waheed sab n family came for sufi. They left at 1030. Then i said namaz and compiled the result. After it i got online before going to bed

i got up at 710 and went to TUF at 730. After the lecture (cartilage), i was back at 830. Then i got ready and left for islamabad with ami at 10. At 11, we entered motorway. We stopped at bhera for CNG and reached univ rest house at 230. After nmaz and lunch, i went to japan embassy at 330 and attended the orientation program 4-630pm. Then we attended the reception at the embassidor's residence and had dinner with him. I came back at 830 (zakariya's brother harro accompanied me). After reaching the rest house i dropped zafar sheikh's wife at her home. Then at the rest house, i said prayers and went to sleep at 11.
8th, Thursday:
i got upa t fajar time and went to sleep again. Then i got up at 10. We left at 11 and went to china market. From there we left at 1, entered motor way at 2. On the way, we said zuhr at chakri, got CNG from bhera, got challaned for not wearing seat belt, and said asr at saahianwala. We reached back at 540. Close to maghrib, junaid came, then shakib bhai came. They left at 8. AFter dinner and nmaz i went to ward for preop at 930. I was free at 1130. After coming back, i connected to internet before going to sleep.

i woke up at 640 and went to TUF at 720. After the lecture (started cartilage) and test (cell), i cam back at 840 and went to OT at 9 after the breakfast. First i assisted an ileostomy closure to hilani, then did a hemorrhidectomy with dr atif, then did a debribement of fournier's gangrene with dr atif. We were free at 1. Then i went with dr atif to bank, I came back home at 130. After lunch and nmaz i worked online. At 5 i went to bazar with ammi for grocery. We came back at 730. At 830, i went to real taste to have dinner with azeem, shoaib bhai and etzaz. From there, i came back at 1130. Then i pressed the dresses before going to bed.

After asr, usama haris came and me n sufi went to lahore along with usama, haris khubaib, khubab and their friend waseem. (it wasnt planned before). We reached there at 8 (via motor way). We had dinner at food street anarkali with fish. From there we went to chaman ice bar for ice cream. I bought a belt from there and a shirt from saab jee. We returned at 2!! (via shekhupura road).

I was back at 1230. After the juma and lunch i got online. I had rest 530 to 830. After dinner and namaz, i marked an anatomy paper, then i read APR (lodhi sab asked for it).
