Saturday:
i got up at 845 and reached ward at 930. After the round and tea, i reached OPD at 1230. i was free at 130. After coming back home, i had lunch and said nmaz. I had rest 330-630. After nmaz and dinner, i reached emergency at 810. I assisted a below elbow amputation (after a traumatic amputation) with dr atif. Then i did an appendectomy and supervised a finger stump to zulfiqar. I had rest 3-6 and was free to leave at 8
